Product Manager - OpenStack - Remote

Overview

Mirantis is seeking a Product Manager to take full ownership of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Mirantis OpenStack on Kubernetes (MOSK) – our enterprise-grade, open-source-based private cloud and infrastructure platform designed for platform engineering teams.

In Short

• Own and drive MOSK GTM plans, including packaging, pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Develop field enablement content, including value propositions and pitch decks.
• Partner with sales to support strategic deals as a product expert.
• Participate in webinars, events, and customer advisory boards.
• Define the ideal customer profile and identify high-value use cases.
• Collect feedback from early adopters to shape product positioning.
• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Analyze customer needs and market dynamics.
• Partner with engineering to align technical feasibility with market demand.
• Represent Mirantis externally as a subject-matter expert.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management within Cloud Infrastructure or Enterprise Software.
• Strong understanding of OpenStack, Kubernetes, containers, and virtualization.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Cloud industry and environments.
• Proven GTM collaborator with cross-functional experience.
• Experience developing product messaging that resonates with decision-makers.
• Confident in front of customers and analysts.
• Comfortable managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
