Mira Search, a leading recruitment agency from Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our client, an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions, and innovative products for the iGaming industry.

In Short

• Creating technical development plans and addressing technical debt with CTO, VPE, and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing and approving architectural solutions proposed for implementation in development teams.
• Monitoring team structure and technical process efficiency, suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring business and functional requirements are sufficient for project development.
• Accepting results produced by development teams, ensuring technical quality and compliance.
• Participating in strategic technical decisions and providing consultations as needed.
• Facilitating professional knowledge exchange between teams.
• Tracking team performance from a technical perspective and coordinating with DM on performance metrics.
• Participating in the hiring process, including conducting technical interviews for Team Lead and Tech Lead positions.
• Defining and improving the onboarding process for new team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Experience in architectural design and technical decision-making.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hiring and team building.
• Fluency in English.
