Minute Media is seeking a passionate and proactive HR Business Partner to join our London office on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, playing a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HRBP role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and Canadian employment law.
• Proven experience partnering with leaders to influence business outcomes.
• Experience in a global organization managing cross-time zone collaborations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills.
