Overview

The Minted Celebrations Concierge will provide virtual consultations for customers, offering personalized tours and shopping experiences of Minted products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technologically adept with eCommerce experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Sales, concierge, or account management experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with customers.
