The Activities Guide is responsible for delivering exceptional tourism experiences while ensuring safety and providing guests with knowledge about the resort and its surroundings.

• Liaise with the Activities and Recreation Supervisor for guest bookings.
• Welcome guests and provide resort briefings.
• Impart knowledge about the resort's history and environment.
• Guide various tourism activities such as swimming and kayaking.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of equipment used in activities.
• Adhere to safety requirements and conduct safety briefings.
• Maintain physical fitness for tourism activities.
• Provide high levels of customer service fitting a 5-star resort.
• Act as an ambassador for the resort during VIP and media visits.
• Gather guest feedback for improving services.
