Overview

The Field Architect role at MinIO will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement robust sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies using Salesforce.
• Utilize your knowledge of Kubernetes to provide technical guidance and support to the sales team.
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and articulate our value proposition.
• Create sales collateral, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
• Work closely with product development and marketing teams for alignment.
• Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on Salesforce best practices.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or sales architect role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and its applications in cloud solutions.
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
