Overview

As an SMB Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts in the fitness and wellness industry, helping clients achieve their fullest potential with Mindbody products.

In Short

  • Drive sales volume via high-volume outbound cold calls.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Initiate sales activity via phone, text, and email.
  • Demonstrate Mindbody software to potential clients.
  • Establish business relationships to generate new business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop clear proposals for prospective clients.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong phone experience and willingness to make cold calls.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Technical aptitude in API’s, SaaS, and cloud computing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Exposure to the health & wellness industry.
  • Knowledge of web technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
