Customer Success Manager - Remote

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will guide and advise our clients in developing tailored digital solutions for sustainable business success and stronger customer loyalty.

In Short

• Strengthen long-term customer relationships and ensure our solutions contribute to success.
• Act as the central contact point between customers and internal teams.
• Support project delivery and identify potential risks.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Conduct regular project result analyses and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with sales, support, product management, and service delivery.
• Ensure solutions align with customer business objectives.
• Proactively seek potential for follow-up projects.
• Promote sustainable customer engagement.
• Facilitate smooth project implementation.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or IT project management.
• Strong knowledge in software development projects and agile delivery management.
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer retention.
• Fluent in German and English (C1).
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
