Overview

Midwest Family Mutual is seeking an experienced, customer-focused individual to join our Agent Service Center team, responsible for data entry/application processing and providing excellent customer service to independent agents and insureds.

In Short

• Remote (work from home) desk position.
• Midwest Family has maintained a remote work environment since 2006.
• Requires a dedicated home office space and high-speed internet.
• Work hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm CT, Monday – Friday.
• Responsibilities include processing commercial quotes and applications.
• Assist agents with billing questions and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of P&C Insurance experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills needed.
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and call center experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 3+ years of P&C Insurance experience.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• High-quality work environment maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Insurance education/designations is a plus.
