The Payor Network Contracts Manager will be the operational linchpin behind our insurance contracting efforts, ensuring women have seamless access to Midi’s care.

• Own the end-to-end operational payor contracting process.
• Research delegated credentialing opportunities with national payors.
• Track and report on contractual compliance requirements.
• Support network launches and ensure operational readiness.

• Manage contract statuses, documentation, and renewal dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in health payor contracting or insurance operations.
• Expertise in delegated credentialing and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in operational trackers/tools like Google Drive, Notion, Verifiable.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Clear communicator and collaborator.
