Field Service Engineer II - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer II will be responsible for supporting our customers with the installation of new and used machinery, including maintenance and repair after installation.

In Short

• Installation of new and used machinery.
• Start-up and commissioning of newly installed machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Repair and maintenance on machinery and associated equipment.
• Demonstrate and teach operators how to set-up and operate machinery.
• Set-up equipment for trade shows.
• Handle various technical skill areas effectively.
• Work in-house loading, unloading, and repairing stock equipment.
• Travel frequently to customer sites.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s or technical degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fabrication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and travel frequently.
• Long periods of standing, kneeling, and bending may be required.
