Overview

Western National Insurance Group is seeking a Loss Control Consultant or Senior Loss Control Consultant to manage loss control surveys, assess risks, and provide consultation and training to clients.

In Short

• Complete loss control surveys for various accounts.
• Manage a book of assigned service accounts.
• Develop service plans and provide ongoing consultation.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Analyze operations and exposures of risks.
• Provide risk improvement services to policyholders.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical skills with sound risk evaluation judgment.
• Advanced organizational skills.
• Understanding of industry practices and standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance or safety.
• Relevant certifications (CSP, ARM, CRM, etc.) preferred.
• Proficient in office software and systems.
