Overview

The Travel Specialist Customer Service role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service for the MICHELIN Guide and Tablet Hotels, assisting clients with hotel reservations and providing support through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Assist clients with hotel reservations and inquiries.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Convert new users into loyal customers.
  • Maintain the reputation for excellent customer service.
  • Handle restaurant inquiries for the MICHELIN Guide.
  • Work in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
  • Communicate in both English and French.
  • Utilize Office 365 and other cloud-based tools.
  • Occasionally work past scheduled hours to complete tasks.
  • Hybrid role with two remote days per week.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles in travel or hospitality.
  • Proficient with Office 365 and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with chat communication tools like Slack.
  • Ability to manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
