Michael Baker International is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer (Mission Critical/Data Center) who demonstrates professional initiative and is focused on achieving positive client outcomes.

In Short

• Design electrical systems for mission-critical/data center projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform technical evaluations and provide solutions to complex electrical engineering challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Coordinate the work of EITs and BIM Specialists.
• Coordinate workload to complete documents on schedule.
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
• Provide design support during construction.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent technical and specification writing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Extensive knowledge of building electrical systems.
• Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, BIM Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design software.
• US Citizen.
