Overview

The HR Representative I serves as the first point of contact in the HR Service Center, providing support and resolution for HR inquiries from colleagues and vendors. This role includes processing HR transactions and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma with two years of HR or customer support experience.
• Associate's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Workday systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good keyboarding skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
