In Short

• Provide high-level technical support of MGID system.
• Technical support via chat and email.
• Investigate and solve issues related to different products.
• Debug and troubleshoot integrations.
• Prepare and run queries in the database.
• Design widgets.

Requirements

• Expertise in Linux shell.
• Knowledge of MySQL.
• Experience with Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc.).
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/JS.
• Familiarity with RestAPI.
• Any programming language knowledge is a plus.
• Intermediate+ English level.
• Native Ukrainian speaker.
