Creative Designer (Ads and Marketing Specialist) - Remote

Overview

As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting the Client’s communication strategy. You will design creative units in accordance with creative and compliance rules to get the best-performing creative ads.

In Short

• Analyzing the Client's requests
• Brainstorm ideas and concepts for Clients
• Designing or searching for static or dynamic thumbnails
• Writing strong, clear, persuasive, and original Ad copies
• Develop animated & video creative ads (other formats required - learn how to, etc)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in developing creative solutions for an integrated digital marketing campaign
• Ability to create and develop new creative approaches and lines
• Knowledge and understanding of the right tone of voice that successfully engages, informs, and delights both B2C and B2B audiences
• Strong Ad copywriting skills
• Good skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Quick mind and stress resistance, the ability to process large amounts of information
• Ability to be a creative storyteller who knows how to package and create multimedia content that grabs attention in an online/digital environment across different formats
• Good team working skills, keen to foster a collaborative, creative environment
• Upper-intermediate English; Fluent Ukrainian
