AI Solution Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented AI Solution Specialist who will empower our teams with AI-driven and automated workflows.

In Short

• Work closely with the team on brainstorming and designing new AI & Automation opportunities
• Prototype and implement automation solutions using no-code / low-code platforms
• Explore and apply generative AI capabilities to real business use cases
• Build lightweight scripts (Python/NodeJS + APIs) when no-code tools are insufficient
• Support internal stakeholders by translating recurring tasks into automated workflows
• Document workflows and ensure adoption across teams
• Monitor and maintain implemented automations for reliability and improvement

Requirements

• 2-3 years in process automation, operations, or solution engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Practical exposure to AI/LLM-powered tools
• Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver automation solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable workflows and AI solutions
• Integrate complex tool stacks
• Prepare, test, and maintain custom GPTs and AI agents
• Knowledge of advanced generative AI concepts
• Fundamentals of Python/NodeJS scripting and APIs
• Upper-intermediate English level
