Overview

The Affiliate Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding MGID’s affiliate network in the Latin American market, focusing on attracting international affiliates to invest in Spanish-speaking inventory.

In Short

  • Work with international affiliates to promote Latin American Spanish-speaking inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract affiliates.
  • Communicate the value of MGID’s digital technology within the global affiliate landscape.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of affiliate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on affiliate strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and affiliate performance.
  • Manage media plans and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain records of affiliate interactions using HubSpot.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
  • Travel as needed to attend industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate sales or business development.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and online marketing KPIs.
  • Fluency in Spanish and effective communication in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to leverage data insights for strategy refinement.
  • Experience engaging international affiliates, especially in LATAM.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, AdTech, and MarTech.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events.
