Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

Overview

The REMOTE Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for managing a team of BTs / RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients.

In Short

• Manage and supervise a caseload of 10–15 patients, including treatment planning, caregiver training, and progress evaluation.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with Caregivers and Clinical Directors for treatment success.
• Support quality assurance measures by collecting data and reviewing clinical notes.
• Maintain BCBA certification and uphold ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Skilled in treatment plan development and report writing.
• Strong desire to work with children and young adults.
