Overview

MG2 is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Client Programs Market, focusing on global and national building programs with an emphasis on project and client leadership.

In Short

• Lead project teams through all phases of project execution.
• Manage project schedules and financial performance.
• Build strong client relationships and uphold design excellence.
• Ensure project deliverables align with contracts and project schedules.
• Create and maintain detailed Project Charters and QA/QC plans.
• Assist with project proposals and RFP responses.
• Conduct financial reviews and manage invoicing.
• Lead internal and external project team meetings.
• Oversee construction administration activities.
• Manage team performance and conduct reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts.
• Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with collaboration software like Bluebeam and Teams.
