Success Engineer - Remote

Overview

Metabase is looking for a customer-focused, highly technical Success Engineer to help customers get the most out of their data tools, providing insights and support for various technical challenges.

In Short

• Engage with users to understand their goals and challenges.
• Assist customers in designing and optimizing their Metabase implementation.
• Guide customers in data retrieval and query execution.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with technical communicators to create educational materials.
• Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production code, systems administration, or database management.
• Strong database and SQL skills.
• Expertise in designing/developing web applications or managing infrastructure.
• Experience with Metabase or other BI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is helpful.
