Founder's Associate - Remote

Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with a multi-time founder at Meta Frontier Studios, a venture studio focused on AI and blockchain, to shape the studio, validate new venture ideas, and build scalable processes.

In Short

• Lead and maintain documentation systems and operational workflows.
• Act as the operational interface between the Founder and Lead Development Engineer.
• Prepare financial and performance reports, track OKRs, and create investor updates.
• Run product validation cycles for multiple venture concepts.
• Manage and automate social media presence and content strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders.
• Familiarity with the web3/blockchain ecosystem.
• Strong organizational skills in documentation and operational systems.
• Ability to create clean investor decks and internal reports.
• Product experience with landing pages and user testing.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in building social media accounts, preferably in tech or crypto.
