Founder's Associate - Remote

Our solution is already trusted by 50 pioneering creators who rely on our technology to take control of their digital presence.

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founding team across key strategic and operational areas — including product, growth, marketing, and investor relations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven legal tech startup at the ground level and play a pivotal role in shaping our journey.

In Short

• Work side-by-side with the founders on high-impact projects.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Coordinate marketing and growth initiatives.
• Support investor communications and fundraising efforts.
• Own internal processes and build scalable systems.
• Contribute ideas and insights to key decisions.
• Manage strategic partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and bias for action.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Sharp analytical skills with a hands-on attitude.
• Interest in tech, startups, and the creator economy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfort working directly with founders.
• Previous startup or consulting experience is a plus.
