Overview

The Associate Director on the Analysis & Insights team is responsible for developing and managing the delivery team to ensure consistency and repeated best practices, innovation and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital analytics and marketing.
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• 3+ years in an analytics management position.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in data collection processes and analytics strategies.
• Proven ability to create strategic measurement plans.
• Expert Excel skills.
• Digital analytics tool certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
