Overview

The Program Insights Analyst & Researcher will play a pivotal role in advancing Merit America's mission by driving strategic program improvements and enhancing the learner experience through informed decision-making.

In Short

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on program experience.
• Analyze program performance and learner feedback.
• Present insights to stakeholders using data storytelling.
• Bridge communication between Program and Data Teams.
• Map and assess attrition across the learner journey.
• Develop internal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Perform competitive benchmarking and labor market analysis.
• Ensure program data is accurate and actionable.
• Lead sessions introducing dashboards and tools.
• Train staff on dashboard and report usage.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with experimental design and A/B testing.
• Skilled in strategic thinking and practical execution.
