Credit & Collections Manager - Remote

Overview

The Credit & Collections Manager administers the credit and collection function in compliance with Corporate and National Media Group policies, focusing on portfolio collections and customer service.

In Short

• Manage credit and collection functions.
• Develop relationships with advertising agencies and direct accounts.
• Assist in discrepancy resolution and credit approval/disapproval.
• Participate in trade credit groups.
• Provide excellent internal customer service.
• Oversee collection of receivables portfolio.
• Manage credit lines and exposure of account portfolio.
• Prepare departmental reports.
• Collaborate within a casual and inclusive team environment.
• Work hybrid with up to 2 remote days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Five years of experience in commercial credit and collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to resolve complex credit issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Less than 5% travel required.
