• Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, products, and business model
• Work closely with hiring managers to design interview panels and source strong candidates
• Shape success on a newly formed recruiting team while maintaining high hiring standards
• Stay abreast of fintech and banking industry trends
• Advocate for inclusive and diverse hiring practices
• Identify and engage top talent through various channels
• Lead recruiting efforts for GRC professionals with niche skills
• Work with data to derive actionable insights and improve processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Deep experience in recruiting for Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Legal roles
• Experience influencing senior-level stakeholders
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
