We are looking to hire a strategist to bring risk expertise and an analytical approach to our Risk Strategy team, driving impact in this crucial space.

• Utilize data and quantitative analysis to develop strategy for managing risk.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Develop domain expertise and seek opportunities to optimize processes.
• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, including 2+ years in risk or financial services.
• Strong SQL skills to improve and monitor business performance.
• Confidence in using data and intuition to make decisions.
