Requirements

• 10+ years experience as a PM, with 3+ years in Risk.
• Experience building and leading product teams in financial products.
• Experience leading multiple product teams with 40+ engineers.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling fintech company.
• Expert understanding of risk, compliance, and fraud trends.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Aptitude in complex technical product areas.
• Strong systems thinking ability.
• Excellent cultural leadership and communication skills.
• Strong intuition for creating beautiful product experiences.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• A sense of humor is a plus.
