Data Science Manager - Experiences - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Science Manager who can build the theory and connect the dots behind how and why people adopt our core products. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and design to drive topline growth as well as overall user experience for Mercury.

In Short

• Lead a team of 4 senior IC data scientists supporting the Experiences organization.
• Proactively discover and define opportunities to level up the craft, strategy, and execution of our growth and user experience reporting.
• Set the direction and define prioritized roadmaps for the team.
• Work in ambiguity and set priorities that balance user and business needs.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights that inform product work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience, with 2+ years managing analytics teams.
• Experience in Growth or Dashboard teams.
• Strong data analysis and data storytelling skills.
• Experience with experimental design and analysis on user-facing surfaces.
