Financial Content Developer (Bilingual French/English) - Remote

Overview

Mercor is seeking native French speakers who are also finance professionals based in France. This role combines your financial analysis and investment expertise with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the finance domain.

In Short

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex financial concepts for AI training.
• Write fluently in both French and English.
• Provide cultural and financial insights specific to French markets.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
• Work remotely and asynchronously on your own schedule.
• Contribute at least 20 hours per week for around 2 months.
• Submit your resume and complete an AI-led interview.
• Complete a paid work trial to assess fit for the role.
• Receive feedback and onboarding after the trial.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of professional experience in finance or related sectors.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial writing, instructional design, or reporting is valued.
• Experience with grading or rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus.
