As an Designer for Reimbursement Support, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you. The Designer for Reimbursement Support facilitates the detailed design session(s) to collaborate with the client, internal stakeholders and external partners, to successfully design and implement programs.

In Short

• Subject Matter Expert in Market Access with a strong understanding of Patient Affordability services.
• Supports new and existing program design and implementation processes.
• Lead and coordinate with Mercalis resources for client program design.
• Gather detailed operational and IT requirements to support program scoping.
• Lead discussions and collect requirements information with clients.
• Build design documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and review recommended processes and technology with clients.
• Serve as a resource for program stakeholders responsible for implementation.
• Facilitate distribution of requirements to stakeholders.
• Conduct lessons learned and create recommendations reports.

Requirements

• Experience in Program Management, Patient Affordability/Market Access, or similar roles.
• Firm understanding of Accumulator & Maximizer Solutions.
• Exceptional note-taking skills for visibility to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of strong program design performance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Business acumen to understand scope control value.
• Ability to manage project plans and oversee adherence.
• Skilled at conflict resolution and building collaborative solutions.
