Content Designer - Support - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a content designer with experience in conversation design for customer support chatbots and a passion for LLM’s to help shape the future of automated support experiences at DoorDash. In this role, you will design, optimize, and refine chatbot and AI-driven interactions to ensure seamless, human-centered support experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content design or chatbot development.
• Strong understanding of conversational UX principles and chatbot frameworks.
• Excellent writing skills for user-friendly dialogue.
• Experience with chatbot platforms and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with customer support workflows.
• Ability to interpret data for optimizing chatbot performance.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI or machine learning for chatbots.
