Fund Finance - AI Training Project - Remote

Overview

You will be helping to improve AI for finance by bringing real private equity and venture capital fund finance experience into an Excel-based research project. The work focuses on how PE and VC teams use Excel for portfolio monitoring and fund reporting, and turns those workflows into training data to improve AI for finance.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in private equity or venture capital fund finance, fund administration, or fund operations.
• Experience managing portfolio company reporting and fund-level data, primarily in Excel.
• Strong Excel proficiency applied in a PE/VC context.

• Build and refine fund and portfolio models in Excel.
• Work directly with an Excel-focused AI agent.
• Document findings and feedback to improve AI agent handling of real private markets use cases.
