Overview

The QI Auditor will be primarily responsible for providing and ensuring oversight and compliance with documentation, appropriate billing, and adherence to all clinical services, policies, and procedures for all clinical programs/services provided by the agency.

In Short

  • FT, 40-hour work week, Exempt position.
  • Starting salary of $55,000+ depending on experience and licensure.
  • Assists and provides clinical supervision, direction, and training for staff.
  • Maintains effective clinical file audit and tracking system.
  • Develops and provides records/reports promptly.
  • Works closely with various directors within the agency.
  • Completes and responds to external audits for insurance companies.
  • Maintains HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Assists in maintaining CARF standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
  • LPCC or LCSW strongly preferred.
  • Five years of clinical experience, QI experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record and Microsoft Suite.
  • Skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and clear communication.
  • Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive material.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work as part of a team.
  • Experience in training new clinical staff.
  • Ability to develop case management tools.
  • Experience with client satisfaction surveys.
