Auto PD Claims Adjuster Level II - Remote

Overview

The Auto PD Claims Adjuster Level II is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving automobile claims while maintaining a high level of integrity and customer service.

In Short

• Proactively investigate and resolve automobile claims.
• Adjust low to moderately complex cases.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, mechanics, and causation/damages.
• Take recorded statements from involved parties.
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities.
• Maintain quality claim files and comply with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
• Coordinate fraud investigations with SIU.
• Participate in training and work effectively with team members.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• Current, valid Adjuster License.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in auto claims adjusting.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of automobile insurance and claims procedures.
• Experience in negotiating settlements.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
