Senior IT Support Analyst - Payments (SWIFT) - Remote

Overview

The Senior IT Support Analyst will act as the primary contact for business users in the Payments Operations and related areas, providing solutions and support for existing applications and frameworks.

• Provide quality service/solutions to business user issues and queries.
• Perform incident management and communicate during service outages.
• Lead problem management and ensure effective solutions are implemented.
• Oversee investigations of incidents to evaluate root causes.
• Enhance knowledge in TD services and applications.
• Provide Disaster Recovery support and review plans.
• Support critical applications and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage effectively with technology partners to resolve issues.
• Conduct training and update knowledge-based articles.
• Work in shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as IT Support Analyst or in a development role.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Banking Operations technologies.
• Expertise in SWIFT products and international payments.
• Experience with mainframe tools and troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in Unix, Linux, AIX, and Windows platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and job scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and financial markets.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to learn and support various applications.
