Overview

We are looking for a reliable, communicative, and results-oriented Appointment Setter to support our sales team. You will contact German-speaking prospects from the crafts sector who have already shown interest in our digital complete package – no cold calling scripts, no rejections, just real conversations with potential.

In Short

  • Conduct initial phone contact with potential customers (warm leads)
  • Perform short qualification calls (5–10 minutes)
  • Schedule appointments for our Sales Managers or conduct your own product presentations
  • Maintain and document information in the CRM
  • Flexible working hours (ideal for 4–6 hours per day)
  • Success-based pay with attractive commissions per appointment or closure
  • Opportunity for further development (e.g., closer role or team leadership)
  • Structured process, CRM system, templates, and technical support provided
  • Very good German language skills required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in software or digital services

Requirements

  • Very good German in spoken and written form
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or digital services
  • Basic technical understanding and digital affinity
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Clear, friendly voice and confident demeanor on the phone
  • Structured working method and reliability
  • Motivation to work within a proven system
  • Own laptop, stable internet connection, functioning headset
  • Experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage but not mandatory
