The Store Director is responsible for the overall operation of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and financial success while leading and developing a retail team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience in General Merchandise and Grocery/Fresh.
• Experience managing operations with $40 million minimum in annual sales.
• Ability to lift and carry as required.
