Overview

The Warehouse Manager will support the Director of Operations by overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring operational excellence, and managing daily production and order fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in distribution and operations management.
• Certification as a CDR by the State of Florida when applicable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle complex situations and multiple decision makers.
• Experience in customer relations and employee management.
• High level of personal integrity and urgency.
• Effective in multicultural environments.
• Demonstrated ability to model active listening.
