Overview

The Vendor Data Specialist role involves ensuring the synchronization of vendor and company data, managing vendor-related tasks, and maintaining data integrity across various platforms.

In Short

• Maintain and manage vendor data and company data.
• Coordinate vendor mergers and maintain SAP files.
• Review source documents for data input and maintain PIR records.
• Resolve A/P issues and complaints regarding shipping discrepancies.
• Establish relationships with Vendor Relations and other teams.
• Submit assigned files to Item Master Data within timelines.
• Prepare debit memos for returning surplus items.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in customer service.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook effectively.
• Work within tight deadlines to complete assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with enterprise software, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within teams.
