The Urology Sales Representative will serve as the main interface for various hospital segments, delivering a robust product portfolio and patient-care solutions while optimizing care with quality hospital supplies.

  • Maintain existing business and present new products.
  • Up to 30% overnight travel required within assigned territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
  • Must live within assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or 5 years of related experience.
  • 2+ years in the medical supplies industry preferred.
  • Ability to drive and travel extensively.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong follow-up skills required.
  • Experience in cold calling and full-cycle sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Must be able to present technical information clearly.
