Electrical Control Technician - Remote

Overview

The Electrical Control Technician supports and maintains manufacturing equipment and all support systems, ensuring the safe operation of electrically controlled devices.

In Short

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical equipment.
• Work with Operators, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
• Perform PM's and input data into the CMMS system.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control problems.
• Utilize MS Windows and Industrial Software daily.
• Assist maintenance mechanics as needed.
• Ensure compliance with the Controls Change Management System.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Maintain safe working conditions and eliminate safety risks.
• Participate in a culture of belonging and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Associates degree in electronic field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing/Industrial setting.
• Proficient with MS Windows and CMMS (EAM).
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Familiarity with machine shop equipment.
• Results-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
• 5 years of equivalent experience preferred.
