An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Technician at JLL, where you will implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and assist with small projects while ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with safety standards.

• Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Monitor building operational functions and issue permits for specialist vendors.

Requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship.
• Experience with business-critical assets like UPS and fire safety systems.
• HSE accredited training courses.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Understanding of building BMS controls.
• Excellent communication and pro-active attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
