Overview

The Compounder role at Medline involves performing various tasks to ensure product availability for production lines, including mixing saline products and operating machinery in a clean, temperature-controlled facility.

In Short

• Perform blending of saline for production batches.
• Operate the automated saline syringe line.
• Complete batch records following GMP guidelines.
• Meet production schedules and performance metrics.
• Sanitize production tanks and lines.
• Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work Monday through Friday with potential overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and ability to communicate in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying temperature environments.
• Technical aptitude is a plus.
• 1+ year of relevant compounding experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Forklift operation experience required.
