Belonging & Engagement Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Belonging & Engagement Specialist supports strategies and initiatives across all areas of our business, partnering with key stakeholders to drive execution of the Belonging strategic plan.

In Short

• Support the Belonging team with project management and action plan development.
• Monitor key metrics for reporting on Belonging programs.
• Partner with HR leaders to implement the Belonging roadmap.
• Conduct training and education on Belonging topics.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials for Belonging initiatives.
• Organize internal events and workshops focused on employee engagement.
• Measure and analyze Employee Resource Group (ERG) data.
• Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders and committees.
• Participate in external meetings and events.
• Support the development of presentations to promote Belonging initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Knowledge of EEO laws and employee engagement challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across global cultures and collaborate with leaders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
