Ancillary Services Processor - Remote

Overview

Medical Associates Health Plans is hiring a detail oriented Ancillary Services Processor to join their team! This position will be responsible for maintaining the administration of COBRA and flexible spending in addition to responding to member questions.

In Short

• Perform flexible spending administration through proficient use of software.
• Process claims and contributions for flexible spending.
• Provide email and telephonic customer service to customers.
• Administer COBRA, including enrollments and terminations.
• Invoicing and group benefit setup.
• Process short-term disability claims.
• Complete all other projects and duties as assigned.
• Work general business hours with flexibility.

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Equivalent to a high school education.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a significant level of trust and diplomacy.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
