In Short

• Support onsite telemedicine clinic by completing virtual patient visits.
• Manage patient triage calls for rheumatology conditions.
• Coordinate and schedule in-office and outpatient procedures.
• Manage prior authorization requests for medications and procedures.
• Collaborate with health care team using telehealth tools.
• Integrate nursing process in all patient contact and care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and co-workers.
• Maintain a safe and organized office environment.
• Facilitate reimbursement of services provided.
• Complete all assigned projects and duties.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of similar or related experience.
• Valid LPN/RN Licensure in Iowa.
• Equivalent to a two-year college degree or specialized course.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships.
• Keyboarding skills and use of electronic equipment.
