In Short

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Divisional TA Manager to coordinate recruitment.
• Create targeted advertisements highlighted by employment branding.
• Build and maintain talent pools, shortlist, advise, recommend, and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies.
• End to end recruitment, including writing job advertisements and interview coordination.
• Source passive candidates & build talent pools.
• Ensure the delivery of a positive candidate experience.
• Report on recruitment progress and outcomes.
• Work from home / Flexibility / Remote work available.
• Full Australian work rights required.

Requirements

• Experience working within an internal recruitment or an agency environment.
• Confidence to utilise your initiative to solve problems and develop sourcing strategies.
• A personable approach and strong communication skills.
• The ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Recruitment platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
